We collect personal information necessary to fulfill your orders, including recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and email. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking credentials.

2. Purpose of Processing

Information is processed solely for order processing, Shiprocket courier dispatch, payment reconciliation, and warranty/customer support communications.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data is secured using industry-standard TLS encryption, PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS), and protected service-role access.
